May I use the MYPIC freely? |

Yes, you are welcome to use it. There is an optional way to give
a birthday or an anniversary present to the acquaintance made from
illustration. However, it is not able to do sale and resale. Also,
commercial use is prohibited. |

How about delivering? |
|
It is delivered with the e-mail attachment. |
|

Is it possible to do correction? |
|
It delivers the illustration of the order with the e-mail within
about 10 days after pay. If it is not able to satisfy with the illustration,
tell about the correction contents. We correct for free only one time
within 1 week. However, if the correction order contents would be
different from the first order contents substantially, the costs will
be additional. |

How much size is the image? |
|
It is delivered at the size which can be beautifully printed out
when printing in the A5 size. |
|
|
|
.Is it possible to get a printed illustration? |
|
It attaches an illustration to the e-mail and delivers. We are thinking
to suppress the selling price as much as possible for customers. Therefore
we are asking each customer to print at home or the office and so
on. |

How to print the attached file? |
|
After getting the attached file, it is necessary for you to print.
The created image size should be print A5 size. If not, the image
would not show clearly and beautifully. If you want to have a bigger
image, please inform us while you are ordering. |

How long do I wait until getting a MYPIC? |
|
After ordering and paying confirmation, the illustration is sent
to you via e-mail within 10 days. You have to confirm the given illustration
which it is correct or not. Then, if there is no mistake, you will
get the completed illustration within more 10 days. |

How do you manage the given photo? |
|
After image photo has already sent to you, it will be deleted. Therefore,
before you order the MYPIC please choose from sample carefully. |
|

How about methods of payment? I would like to pay
after getting the MYPIC. |
|
Unfortunately, you are not able to pay later. The MYPIC fee has
to always prepay. So please find an illustrator who is more suitable
for your image. You are able to refer to each illustrator's introduction. |

Is it possible to have two persons or more in one
sheet? |
|
Of course, it is possible. The fee is the one to draw one illustration.
If wanting to add another person to the same illustration, it is 0.8
times asking price per person. |

When not satisfied by the correction with once, is
it possible to require correction again? |
|
Sorry, it can accept correction only once. As of 2008, we have already
sold more than 10,000 sheets of illustrations. Over 90% of customers
are satisfied with our work. We believe that you will be satisfied
with our work. |

What about the copyright? |
|
The copyright is belonging to the each illustrator. Please enjoy
the illustration freely in private. However, it is not able to do
sale and resale. Also, commercial use is prohibited. |

Is it possible to make an illustration quickly? |
|
When the ordering can be specified and the illustrator has more
spending time for this work, it is possible. Please let us know about
this matter when you order. |

Do I contact your company via e-mail only? |
|
Yes, if there is unclear point or any questions, please contact
anime@mypic.jp and we will respond
as soon as possible. |

.Is it possible to draw the picture the same like
the character of an anime? |
|
Unfortunately, we will not be able to draw the same. However, you
are able to inform us what your image have using the anime character. |

|
How much size does the image need? |
|
It is OK if the photo be able to see the face clearly. In case of
the photo given unclearly we will request to you at the time. |
|
|
|
Is it possible to do return? |
|
Qualitatively it is not possible to do return. In case of proper
reason, it might be accepted. |
